First Lady, Geneva O. Smith
Sis. Geneva Oliver Smith was born in South Carolina on November 21, 1937. Her parents, especially her grandmother, were instrumental in her becoming the strong woman of God she is today. Sis. Smith is an apostolic woman, baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost. She has maintained a lifestyle of holiness since she was born again in 1958. She had been a supportive, devoted wife to her husband and pastor, Dr. Gilbert S. Smith since 1968. She is the portrait of a Godly wife and mother which has been clearly exemplified in her life throughout these many years of marriage.
Sis. Smith was called into the ministry by God and was appointed with the gift of teaching. The Lord spoke to her in 1959 and said, “I want you to teach my people how to be saved.” Since then she has been doing just that. She has complemented and supported her husband’s ministry and visions from the very beginning. She is the president of the Women’s Ministry at the Apostolic Revival Center. She has been a great help to him in ministry by teaching women how to conduct a life that is pleasing to God. She is a great teacher who not only demonstrates in word but also indeed. She has conducted revivals at home and abroad, which is always fruitful in producing deliverance and salvation by the power of God. Sis. Smith has a smile and a heart that not only reaches out to people in her community and extends across the globe into the foreign mission fields.
Sis. Geneva O. Smith a.k.a. “Honey” is just that, she’s as sweet and attractive as honey. She’s a Godly woman who continues to uplift the name of Jesus. She is small in stature, yet she is unwavering and flat-footed in her approach of declaring the truth of God’s word.
Her motto is "Keep God First. Education Second. And a spouse last."
